The take-off and landing process of carrier-based aircraft contains very complicated dynamic problems.The landing of carrier-based aircraft on the carrier deck is mainly accomplished by blocking devices.The blocking device is an important equipment setting on the aircraft carrier and plays a key role in the safe landing of the carrier-based aircraft.Foreign research scholars have relatively mature research on blocking dynamics and blocking devices.They have also conducted a large number of blocking landing tests and obtained a large amount of experimental data.In recent years,the research and development of carrier-based aircraft in China has been continuously deepened,and a large number of results have been obtained.However,the research on considering the dynamics of the coupling between the carrier aircraft and the blocking device is relatively thin.In this paper,for the Mark7Mod3 hydraulic buffering blocking device,the dynamic characteristics of the blocking cable and the hydraulic system dynamic characteristics of the blocking device are analyzed in detail.And the joint simulation technology is used to complete the joint simulation of the carrier-based aircraft and the blocking device,so as to provide technical support for the analysis of the dynamic load of the carrier-based aircraft and the development of the blocking device.Based on the idea of discretization,this paper adopts flexible connection-linear sleeve force,and uses Macro in the mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS to establish a flexible arresting cable model,and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the arresting cable and the change of arresting cable tension.The effects of eccentricity and yaw cable on the dynamic characteristics of arresting cables were studied.For the blocking device,the kinematics and dynamics principles of the hydraulic system below the ship surface are analyzed,and corresponding mathematical models are established.A complete hydraulic system model was established by using AMESim software,considering the pulley buffer system,rope end buffer system,and moving / fixed pulley rope drive system and their interconnections.The joint interface between ADAMS software and AMESim software was used to realize the joint simulation of the flexible arresting cable-hydraulic system.The effects of carrier weight,landing speed and with / without rope end buffer system on the blocking performance of the blocking device were studied.
