The Resreach Of The Integrated Development Of Rural Highway Construction In Heyuan City

Highway is a significant part of China's transport system,and China is an economic giant which has the amount of rural area and highways.So it is not only playing a deceive role in the process of local economy development,but also has an immeasurable effect on the promoting of China's new socialist countryside building to some extent.With the rapider development of China's urbanization level,the construction of rural highways is also developing rapidly.Nonetheless,the problem of rural highway construction and management,maintenance and operation are all gradually emerging.In February 4th 2018,the central document released that "the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the country views".On this construction proposed to continue to focus on rural infrastructure,accelerate rural roads and other infrastructure construction to promote urban and rural infrastructure interconnection.In the demonstration county as the carrier to comprehensively promote the "four rural road construction,accelerate the implementation of village road construction through hardening".The "four good"mentioned in the document is to build,manage,protect and operate the rural roads further.Released later in February 5th the "rural living environment remediation plan"action three years,also put forward clear requirements for rural road construction,"to accelerate through the village road,home road construction,basically souled many problems such as muddy roads and inconvenience transportation in rural area.Make full use of local resources and choose pavement materials according to local conditions."It can be seen that the central government attaches great importance to the common and coordinated development of various development dimensions in rural road construction.The purpose of this paper is to take Heyuan as a sample to analyze and understand its highway discovery,so as to find scientific and reasonable guidances for Heyuan,according to achieve integrated development in these rural area.In the same time,I still hope to provide some valuable suggestions for more cities like Heyuan to develop rural road construction.This paper is composed of the six chapters.The first chapter mainly defines the meaning and background of this topic,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars.In the second chapter,some theories are put forward,and the relevant definitions are expounded and summarized.The third chapter mainly summarizes the present situation of the integrated development of rural highway construction and management in Heyuan,and analyses the problems and its causes of highway construction and management in four perspectives.In the fourth chapter provides practical reference and inspiration to the highways integration development of Heyuan according to the summarized experience at home and abroad.In the fifth chapter,on the foundation of previous two chapters,the author claims the solutions and suggestions for the realization of the integrated development of rural highway construction in Heyuan.The chapter six is the conclusion and further expectation.
