Analysis On The Development Path Of Rural Areas In Heyuan City Under The Background Of Vitalization Of Rural Areas

China is a big agricultural country.The problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants have always been an important issue in our country.At present,the country is in the stage of rapid urbanization,and the construction of cities and towns is fruitful.How to share the achievements of modernization process in rural areas,the country has put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.Heyuan City is located at the edge of the Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.It is the "link" between the metropolitan area and the surrounding mountainous and rural areas.It is also the front position to realize the integration of urban and rural development.At the same time,it is an important subject for many cities to study the development path of Heyuan’s rural areas under the background of rural revitalization,which is similar to how Heyuan’s urban and rural areas are developed in the periphery of metropolitan area.It is helpful to guide Heyuan’s rural areas to develop rapidly in accordance with new ideas and methods,and to better serve such cities.The construction of Rural Revitalization provides reference and reference.In this paper,the development path of rural areas in Heyuan City under the background of Rural Revitalization is analyzed as the research object,through on-site investigation,villagers interviews,inquiries and other means to find out the main problems existing in rural areas of Heyuan City: homogenization of industrial development,rural industry is still lagging behind;lack of management of rural housing construction,chaotic construction phenomenon has not been effectively controlled;long-term effective management and control mechanism;In the absence state,it restricts the normalization of rural environmental sanitation management;the overall village style is disordered,the regional characteristics are insufficient;the "three modernizations" problem is more prominent,and the planning and construction of beautiful countryside lacks endogenous power.Aiming at the specific problems of Heyuan rural planning and construction,this paper puts forward the pertinent Rural Revitalization plan.That is,to shape a new pattern of rural revitalization;to develop modern rural industry;to create a beautiful ecological habitable countryside;to glow the new atmosphere of rural culture and civilization and to build a modern rural governance system.
