There are three typical business models in the aviation industry,namely,full-service,regional and low-cost.In-10s,the United States opened the first low-cost airline,Southwest Airlines,Then,the low-cost airlines,collectively called "cheap airlines," gradually take on a competitive advantage in the world,with a market share of nearly 30 percent,which is becoming a hot area in the future world aviation industry.China has a broad space for low-cost aviation development.From the perspective of the stage of development,Low-cost aviation in the Asia-Pacific region is still in a period of rapid growth.From the point of view of the growth of demand and the number of trips per person,China's low-cost aviation market has great potential,and the civil aviation industry in China has been developing with the development of technology.The adjustment of breaking and policy will always be in an upward period.This paper,based on the competitive strategy theory of Professor Michael Porter,introduces a series of competition theories for airlines,and then analyzes the overall environment of the airline industry.The operating characteristics and strategies of large airlines and low cost airlines are compared.Then,the cost structure of airlines is analyzed,combined with the operation indicators of C company and the relevant data of financial reports.This paper analyzes the proportion of all kinds of cost and the main direction of cost control,compares C Airlines with other airlines' cost indexes,and then collates the advantages of C Airlines in cost control management.Then,the competitive strategy is utilized by C Airlines.The cost control implemented by the differentiation and centralization strategy in C/C is analyzed in detail,and the specific measures to implement the low cost strategy are analyzed in detail.Finally,this paper evaluates the cost management measures of C Airlines from various angles,and gives some suggestions on the future development of C Airlines.
