Freeways play an important basic supporting role in China's social and economic development.With the increasing demand of users for freeway transportation service standards and service quality,how to evaluate freeway traffic service satisfaction has become a new challenge that the transportation industry must face.Taking the freeway traffic service satisfaction as the research object,based on the theories of traffic engineering theory,customer satisfaction theory and customer behavior theory,the freeway traffic service satisfaction evaluation and analysis model are established,designs the actual survey program to study the freeway traffic service satisfaction of Shandong province.In order to accurately grasp the user's satisfaction with the s freeway traffic service satisfaction,and it can provide reference for the follow-up improvement of freeway traffic service satisfaction.This paper summarizes the research status and practical experience at home and abroad,expounds the connotation and basic model of satisfaction evaluation,and analyzes the characteristics of freeway traffic services,including six evaluation areas including freeway planning,construction,road administration,maintenance,charging,and travel services.Starting from the six dimensions of perceived quality,perceived value,user expectations,user satisfaction,user trust,and industry image,a satisfaction evaluation index system is established,a satisfaction calculation model is given.Then the analysis method for expressway traffic service satisfaction based on four-dimension map and structural equations are proposed.The traffic satisfaction survey method is proposed,and the questionnaire coding method,software architecture and software function of the corresponding data analysis software are designed.Combining the statistical analysis of the actual survey data of Shandong Province,the evaluation of traffic service satisfaction in the six evaluation areas of Shandong Freeway is conducted,and the overall satisfaction of the traffic service is obtained.The disparity characteristics of traffic satisfaction are analyzed from the six evaluation areas and the survey objects.The important influencing factors of freeway traffic satisfaction are analyzed through the four-point map.The structural equation is used to analyze the interrelationships among the latent variables in each evaluation field.It can provide a theoretical reference for the development of the satisfaction of the freeway planning,management,maintenance and other areas.
