The research object of this paper is the research on the customer satisfaction improvement of the air weather service of the N Air Traffic Management Bureau.Study on N Air Traffic Management Bureau of aviation meteorological services at present situation based on the theories of service marketing and customer satisfaction,using a variety of methods of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,staff interviews,summary and literature research,analysis of the satisfaction of N Air Traffic Management aviation meteorological service marketing.In view of the current situation of air traffic service in N air traffic control bureau,this paper analyzes the main reasons leading to the situation,and puts forward targeted marketing improvement strategies and corresponding guarantee strategies.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyze the N Air Traffic Management Bureau of aviation meteorological service marketing situation,based on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction and staff interviews,at the present stage of aviation meteorological services are service quality,perceived value,single channel,lack of professional service process is not reasonable and publicity and exhibition is not in place in seven aspects the defects,which service quality,perceived value,lack of professional personnel and lack of publicity is not in place are the most important factors.2.According to the analysis of the problem,combined with satisfaction theory and7 PS service marketing theory,this paper designs specific service marketing strategies from product,price,channel,personnel,service process,promotion and visible display.3.In order to guarantee the implementation of marketing strategy and utility maximization implementation,this paper from five aspects discusses how to establish the marketing measures: information construction investment guarantee,marketing investment guarantee,supporting the human resource management,the service performance appraisal system construction,introducing the compensation system to establish the evaluation system of customer satisfaction.As an applied thematic research,the purpose of this paper is to explore and study the implementation of customer satisfaction based service marketing strategy in N air traffic Management bureau and establish marketing safeguard measures,so as to ensure the safe,normal and effective operation of air transportation.N Air Traffic Management Bureau Chinese north as one of the most important civil aviation air traffic control unit,the security research and implementation of service marketing strategy based on customer satisfaction,the ATM industry of aviation meteorological services in the market and the new security situation,how to better and faster to provide quality service,has the significance of reference and promotion.
