When an inevitable failure occurs in power system,the simplest and the most direct method for troubleshooting the power system is to cut off some loads.The traditional"one size fits all" cutting off strategy is unable to meet the power users' demand.In this dissertation,a new method of cutting off power load is presented to obtain the flexibility and exactness.After introduction of current research results of precision load control systems at home and abroad and analysis of precision load control,the overall frameork of the precise load control system as well as its communication technology are presented.Then,the power loads are classified based on precision load control and modeled with their data structure.The method for the accurate and rapid multi-loop load removal algorithm as well as the basic fast-cutting algorithm,the load-bearing optimization algorithm and the response time-optimized algorithm are inverstigated respectively.By simulation,the reliability of the algorithm is tested and the optimal parameter values can be obtained after many changes to the parameters of the analog input signal adjustment algorithm.Simulation results show that flexible and precise control of the load in distributed power network can be realized.The inplementation of the proposed method cutting of power load is introduced sequentially.A two-CPU precise load controller equipped the DSP chip TMS320F28335 and the MCU chip PIC24FJ128GA010 as the cores to realize algorithm and data communication respectively is designed.In hardware design,the circuits for ethernet communication,extern memory,human-machine interface and wireless communication are provided.In software design of PIC24FJ128GA010,the overall framework of program and subroutine program modules of LCD display,ethernet commication,CAN communication are charted.In software design of TMS320F28335,the data structure and the program flow charts of the overall framework of program and the key subroutine program modules for data management and rapid cutting off load are dipicted.The software design is implemented on the two integrated development environments of CCSv6 and MAPLABX IDE.After downloading the program and debugging,the expected experimental results are obtained.
