Hydraulic cutting machine is mainly used for the cutting of waste cement concretepavement. The cutted stones could become practical and wear-resistant building materialsafter polishing. This emerging technology to dispose of construction waste environmentallyconforms to the basic policy of sustainable development of our country. Thus, the research ofcutting equipment and key technology is of important practical significance.Based on the structure and working principle of YFSJ2000type hydraulic cuttingmachine,and combined with the target requirement of control system,the functional analysisis performed. After analyzing the function of walking system, cutting system, side movingsystem and auxiliary system of YFSJ2000type hydraulic cutting machine, the control schemeof each subsystem is presented. In order to improve working efficiency and economics ofhydraulic cutting machine, the control method of power self-adaption is researched in thispaper. The classification of input signal and output signal and selection of hardware, whichinclude Inter Controller, display device, sensor and other hardware, and then, the controllerpin is distributed. The control method of power self-adaption of hydraulic cutting machine isstudied in this paper, the method to control pump and motor under power self-adaptioncircumstance and are given, and the strategy of fuzzy control is proposed. At last, the controlalgorithm procedures of the key technologies with respect to driving speed and directioncontrol, cutting control, side moving control and spray control etc, and the programs are wrotein PROSYD1131programming software.
