This paper studies thermal hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of hydrodynamic journal bearing and design of bearing analysis software.The main work of the paper is as follows.Based on hydrodynamic lubrication theory,this paper establishes the generalized Reynolds equation theoretical model considering mass conservation boundary condition,calculates with energy equation and other equations,and analyzes thermal hydrodynamic lubrication of hydrodynamic journal bearing.The calculation results show that the pressure distribution of bearing oil film increases with the increase of eccentricity,and the results of the two boundary conditions are getting closer and closer.When the eccentricity is small and the rotation speed is low,the oil film may be completely broken.Moreover,due to the increase of the bearing eccentricity,the rupture zone of the oil film will increase further.The influence of the oil film negative pressure region on bearing capacity,the maximum oil film pressure,the friction of the journal surface and the temperature of the highest oil film is not obvious,but it has a very obvious effect on the lubricant flow.Taken hydrodynamic journal bearing as the research object,based on the application of orthogonal experiment design method,this paper studies the structure parameters' and working parameters' effect on journal bearing lubrication performance.The results show that the bearing structural parameters(bearing diameter,wide diameter ratio and clearance ratio)of bearing lubrication state,the influence of the bearing diameter of bearing friction power consumption,discharge capacity and has more significant effect.Bearing condition parameters(linear velocity and ratio pressure)have significant influence on the lubrication state of bearings,and the overall effect of linear velocity and ratio pressure on bearing lubrication state is significant.The change of lubricant viscosity also has a significant effect on the influence of the working condition parameters.Based on Matlab software platform,the system software of the analysis of hydrodynamic journal bearing.The software includes “Revised bearing lubrication theory database software” and “Support bearing power consumption and lubrication calculation software”.The database software has the function of creating changing and displaying bearing performance data file;Support bearing power consumption and lubrication calculation software has the function of inputting bearing structure parameters,invoking the lubrication calculation program,calculating journal bearing performance parameters,displaying and save the calculated results and the relevant schematic.Using the Matlab software designs user registration and management interface for user-friendly management and using,the software fully meets the needs of users.
