The automobile industry,with its large scale effect and leading role of industrial linkage,is classified as a strategic competitive industry of the country for its important position in the national economy and its important contribution to economic growth.But with the rapid growth of global auto ownership,the auto industry must address the four major auto hazards,which including energy,pollution,safety and congestion,as the requirements of sustainable development?In view of this,the state has made energy conservation and new energy vehicles the main strategic direction of the auto industry transformation and upgrading in China,and China Manufacturing 2025 has made ‘energy conservation and new energy automobiles' a key development area.Compared with the traditional automobile body development,the lightweight puts forward a lot of requirements from the aspects of safety,durability and Noise?Vibration?Harshness(NVH)performance.Because of the extra high voltage,the new energy car body proposed more stringent requirements in terms of safety.With the battery's weight increasing by hundreds of kilograms,a special design is needed for itsdurability.Automotive lightweight involves three aspects,including the application of new materials,the continuous optimization of body structure design,and the use of advanced manufacturing processes introduced by the application of new structures and materials.Famous foreign automobile manufacturers have made great progress in Automotive lightweight,and the application of aluminum alloys and composite materials in automobile bodies has been increasing step by step,and make breakthrough in body structure design and advanced manufacturing technology.Domestic car manufacturers and auto parts suppliers also recognize the importance of Automotive lightweight and start to design and manufacturing of lightweight car body,but there is still a gap with foreign technology.Lean production concept is one of the most advanced production management concepts recognized at present,although it is made under the condition of less advanced digitization and suitable for the current situation.With the development of digital and intelligent technology,many concepts of lean production can be realized through digitalization and intellectualization.Several tools of lean production,such as static management,electronic display board and Andon system,need no human participation in the intelligent manufacturing,but the intelligent manufacturing still needs lean production concept as the foundation under the digital and intelligent mode of production mode.China Manufacturing 2025 makes the intelligent manufacturing as the main direction,intelligent equipment,intelligent production is still in the ascendant.Lean production mode is the production technology and management technology that pursues production rationality,high efficiency,and can produce high quality products flexibly to meet all kinds of requirements.The basic idea is that ‘the necessary product,only the necessary time,produce the necessary quantity'.Based on lean production theory of Automotive lightweight intelligent production research is a integration of lean production theory and intelligent means,which will enhance the technical level of new materials application,lightweight body structure design,advanced manufacturing technology and other aspects of technology,and form a lightweight body intelligent manufacturing new model application,play a demonstration and lead role in the industry.The aim of this study is to build an intelligent factory for lightweight body manufacturing,Keeping a Close Track on the New Trend of the International Intelligent Equipment Industry Development,Use welding to assemble and transport industrial robots,laser welding equipment,smart stamping equipment,visual system and other equipment,And application manufacturing execution system(MES),enterprise resource planning(ERP),PDM and other information systems,To form a new model of application system solution for intelligent equipment and industries such as robot application integration,intelligent identification,intelligent detection,intelligent connection,intelligent transportation,etc.At the same time,in the design of the route of intelligent manufacturing plants,Full introduction of lean production concepts,In order to provide useful reference for similar enterprises in the industry in the application practice of intelligent manufacturing + lean production.
