| Photovoltaic pump group control system is mainly used in remote areas scarce of power resources.It is a good way to deal with local water problems.The system works well on energy conservation and environment protection,it can improve the efficiency of the utilization of solar energy.The thesis focuses on researches of control system and control system for photovoltaic pumps,the main contents are as follows:(1)Introducing the components of the photovoltaic pump group control system.Firstly,a model of the photovoltaic pump group control system is established.Secondly,analyzing the mathematical model and characteristic curve of the photovoltaic array,the equivalent circuit of the drive motor,and characteristics and performance of the pump.The stability of the drive motor during operation is discussed meanwhile.(2)Optimizing the control strategy of the photovoltaic pump group control system,and researching on the distribution principle of the pump power and the scheduling scheme of the pump.A method for turning on idle pumps to perform power search while the running pumps are saturated is proposed.The maximum power of the array can be obtained accurately to find the optimal switching point of the system while maintaining the frequency of the running water pump.The control method of the array voltage in the search process is also discussed,the system can keep stable even if the array power drops sharply.(3)Building an experimental platform for the photovoltaic pump group control system.The function of the experimental platform and the experimental method are introduced.The principle of pump distribution,the feasibility of idle pump search under the multi-machine system,and the stability of the system when array power dropped are verified through experiments. |
