The energy efficiency of the single screw air compressor depends on the speed and efficiency of the drive motor.Compared with the traditional asynchronous motor,the switched reluctance motor has the advantages of simple structure,good speed regulation performance,high reliability and low cost,and it is suitable for driving the single screw air compressor,which is favorable for improving the air compressor efficiency.However,switched reluctance motor vibration and noise in the run-time is too large,so the vibration and noise reduction is the most important task of the switched reluctance motor optimal design.In this paper,first of all,the basic structure and working principle of switched reluctance motor are expounded,and the basic equations and the mathematical model under ideal linear condition of the switched reluctance motor are analyzed in detail.Then according to the performance requirements of the single screw air compressor and based on the basic design concept of switched reluctance motor,a 55 k W three-phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor is designed and finite element simulation of the motor is analyzed by using Ansoft software.Secondly,aiming at the main noise source of switched reluctance motor,the radial magnetic force of the motor is analyzed and calculated.The mathematical expression of radial magnetic force is obtained.The main structural parameters that affect the radial magnetic force of the motor are extracted.The parametric simulation analysis of the structural parameters provides a theoretical basis for the selection of optimal variables for switched reluctance motor.Finally,a sample space is established.The switched reluctance motor model is established by using the support vector machine method.Reduce the radial magnetic force and optimize the average torque are used as optimization goal.The genetic algorithm based on hormone regulation is used to optimize the motor parameters.The performances of the motor before and after optimization are compared to verify the effectiveness of optimization.The conclusion of this paper is great significance to the optimal design of switched reluctance motor.
