With the widespread use of electric energy,the use of motors is also expanding.Switched reluctance motor(SRM)as a new type of motor is also widely used in new energy vehicles,household appliances,large lifting equipment and other fields.Switched reluctance motor has the advantages of stable structure and easy to control,but it also has defects such as large torque fluctuation and large motor vibration.These problems also limit the large-scale application of switched reluctance motors in many fields.Therefore,it is necessary to study and optimize the vibration of the switched reluctance motor.The SRM has a double salient pole structure,and the air-gap is not uniform.It makes the stator teeth receive a large radial electromagnetic force,which causes a large vibration of SRM.Therefore,weakening the radial electromagnetic force experienced by the stator is an effective way to weaken the vibration of the motor.In view of the large vibration of the switched reluctance motor,this dissertation analyzes the reasons for the vibration of the switched reluctance motor.Through theoretical derivation,simulation analysis and prototype experiments,the current harmonics,radial electromagnetic force harmonics and motor vibration are analyzed from the perspective of the frequency domain.The relationship between the phase current of the switched reluctance motor,the radial electromagnetic force on the stator and the motor vibration is established.The analysis model of "phase current harmonics-radial electromagnetic force harmonics-vibration order" is proposed.Aiming at the proposed optimization analysis method,this paper takes an 8/12 pole switched reluctance motor as the research prototype.Through finite element simulation,the results of phase current waveform and radial electromagnetic force waveform before the motor optimization are obtained.Based on the results obtained,the method of changing the control diode opening angle in the control circuit is used to weaken the specific order of harmonics in the phase current.The changes in the radial electromagnetic force and vibration amplitude of the motor before and after optimization are compared.Based on the obtained electromagnetic and structural simulation results,a vibration test experiment was carried out.On an 8/12-pole switched reluctance motors to test the changes of motor vibration under different phase current waveforms.Through the analysis of the vibration optimization effect of the switched reluctance motor,the correctness of the proposed theory is proved.Based on the results of theoretical derivation,finite element simulation and prototype experiment,the vibration characteristics of the switched reluctance motor are systematically analyzed from the perspective of the frequency domain.The results prove that the method proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the motor vibration and can be used for switched magnetic Research on optimization of vibration reduction of resistance motor provides new ideas.
