With the increasing depletion of conventional fossil fuel resources and the importance of environmental protection,wind power and other renewable energy sources a series of increasingly paid more attention to.However,due to the randomness of wind,wave and other characteristics,with increasing penetration of wind power grid,the influence of wind power fluctuations on the stable operation of the power grid will also be growing.The study of the impact of high penetration of wind power and frequency of the power system network,including on aspects of wind power grid planning and to ensure stable system operation can play an important role.This can not only have a long-term supply and power grid with wind power grid planning guidance,but also noted that the current system configuration and operating conditions can accept wind power capacity so as to make certain reliable and safe operation of the power system.For the problem of frequency modulation in the high wind power penetration,the frequency characteristics of different wind power system are analyzed.The frequency characteristics of the power system reflects the running process of the system in the power supply,load and tie line and its frequency response characteristic,carries on the analysis to the high penetration of wind power wind power fluctuation characteristics.Understanding of power system frequency dynamics and steady state processes.In this paper,we introduce the basic principle used in the power flow calculation using MATLAB software programming,in continuous time period of power system containing wind power flow calculation,as the wind power fluctuations on the impact on the power system operation based on the data analysis of;familiar with software PSAT/PSASP to build system simulation model.The power system frequency analysis is the basis of the planning and control of wind power.Further analysis of the influence of the wind power fluctuation on the frequency deviation of the system,the reason for the higher the frequency of the system is obtained.
