With the vigorous development of the building assembly, the low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel housing system has been strongly supported by the national policy, and its comfort performance has been widely concerned.Cold-formed thin-walled steel truss composite floor is a new type of lightweight floor, its vibration response more sensitive than other floor, the vibration comfort performance is lack of corresponding experimental study and theoretical analysis, there is no standard and standard to accurately evaluate its vibration comfort performance. In this paper, the vibration comfort performance of composite floor is studied by means of test and finite element analysis, the research results promote the application and popularization of the cold formed thin-walled steel truss composite floor in the low level light steel structure. The main work and research results are as follows:(1)The vibration performance tests of five full-scale cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floors are carried out,the test results show that:the form of building beam has certain influence on the first order mode of the composite floor;increasing floor load can reduce the natural frequency and acceleration of composite floor;strengthening the boundary conditions can improve the vibration performance of composite floor;shear connector has no effect on its vibration performance;the vibration performance of the assembled cold-formed cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor is lower than that of the cast-in-place composite floor. If this kind of assembled building is popularized in the future, its combination and stiffness should be strengthened and the comfort performance should be closely watched to meet the requirements.(2)It is suggested that the self-vibration frequency should not be lower than 15Hz in no-load condition;the self-vibration frequency of the normal use stage is not less than 10Hz,and the vibration intensity is not higher than 0.015m/s~2,which is the comfort evaluation standard for the composite floor of cold-formed thin-walled steel truss.(3)The ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the specimen, and the correctness of the finite element simulation is verified by comparing with the experimental results. On this basis, the influence of the concrete thickness, the span height ratio and the high thickness ratio of the truss beam to the vibration performance of the cold-formed thin-walled steel truss-compression steel sheet concrete composite floor is investigated.(4)In order to ensure the comfort performance of the cold-formed thin-walled steel truss-compression steel plate concrete composite floor, the span height ratio of the truss beam should not be more than 16.When the span height ratio is 16,the height to thickness ratio of the truss beam should not be higher than 150.When the span height ratio is 14,the height to thickness ratio of the truss beam should not be higher than 250.
