Cold-formed thin-walled steel(CFS)residential composite floor with gypsum based self-leveling mortar slab was designed according to the test,based on the research and application of CFS residential composite floor in China and abroad.The design criteria and calculation method of the vibration behavior of CFS composite floor with gypsum based self-leveling mortar slab were put forward through the experimental study and theoretical analysis,the suited design criteria and calculation means are put forward.The vibration performance of the composite floor was studied in tests.At first,the comfort of composite floor was tested by walking.Then,the basic frequency of composite floor under various conditions were obtained in the tests.And the vibration performance of the composite floor was evaluated through the above factors.The 3D models of the composite floors studied in tests was founded through finite element method based on ANSYS,to simulate and analysis the basic frequency of the composite floor.By comparing the results of ANSYS with test results,it was brought forward that ANSYS is a suitable program to predict the vibration comfort of the composite floor.And through the finite element parametric analysis,vibration performance of composite floor changed with the thickness of floor slab,the type of profiled steel sheet,the thickness of the joist,the ratio of height-to-thickness and span-to-depth.The analysis indicated that:(1)the influence of slab thickness on the vibration performance of composite floor was significant,the thickness of slab in practical engineering was suggested to be not less than 30mm;(2)the vibration frequency of the composite floor non-linear increased with the improve of the the thickness of joist;(3)the type of profiled steel sheet had little influence on the vibration frequency,and the type of profiled steel sheet with small wave height and wave length should be prior used.The formula of the fundamental frequency considering the ratio of high-to-thickness and span-to-depth was proposed through the parametric analysis and the ATC Design guide in American.
