With the development of architectural industrialization, the application of low rise cold-formed thin-walled steel residence system has been more and more widely,a variety of new structural systems emerge as the times require, promoting the study and improvement of composite floor system. At present, the correlative study is seldom on the composite floor with cold-formed thin-walled C steel truss, based on the engineering practice of this paper. Therefore,we need to study on the flexural behavior of composite floors by test and finite element method. The main research has been done as follows:(1)The flexural performance of 3 cold-formed thin-walled C steel truss-profiled steel sheet concrete composite floors(CFTST-PSC)and 1 cold-formed thin-walled C steel truss –ALC composite floor(CFTST-ALC)were tested. The failure modes, bearing capacity,load-deflection curves and load-strain curves of these composite floors were studied. The parameters of the study are shear-connectors,joint strength and floor form.(2)The finite element models of CFTST-PSC composite floors were made by ABAQUS software. The calculation results were compared with the test results, which verified that the FE analysis models established in the paper were correct and accurate.(3)Establishing the FE analysis models to study the parameters such as span-depth ratio,depth-thickness ratio, steel yield strength, and concrete strength grade, and determine main factors influencing the bearing capacity of the composite floor with cold-formed thin-walled C steel truss.(4)According to existing research theories, the modified formula of deflection of CFTST-PSC composite floors was proposed on the basis of experiment and finite element analysis.
