The large diameter reinforced concrete silo is more and more widely used,and the size increase makes the construction difficulty of the silo increasing.It is more and more important to reasonably control the temperature and stress and strain during the construction of the silos through reasonable construction organization arrangements.However,there are few studies on the temperature effect during the construction period of the large diameter seamless bunker.Most of the existing literature focuses on the reaction of the operation period of the warehouse under the action of various external loads and the temperature effect of the construction period of the structure of the dam and the pier bearing platform,so the research in this paper is particularly necessary.This is the innovation of this paper.This paper is based on a whole construction process of a large diameter circular silo.The whole process of construction is simulated and analyzed by the large finite element analysis software ANSYS.Three different placement schemes are selected as comparison.The hydration heat temperature field in the construction process is calculated respectively.The simulation of the actual construction process is simulated by selecting the optimal scheme from them.The temperature field and the thermal stress caused by the hydration heat in the construction process are analyzed in order to provide reference for the construction of the same kind of structure.To reduce the cracking of concrete caused by the hot temperature field of hydration,which will affect the normal use of the structure.The main research results in this paper are as follows::1.The temperature and stress fields under different pouring height of 2.0m,2.5m and 3.0m layers are compared and analyzed,and the best scheme is selected as 3.0m pouring height.2.Under the optimum pouring layer,the simulation analysis of the silo structure under the actual construction period is calculated.The influence of the temperature and the heat convection caused by the wind during the construction period are mainly concerned,and the temperature and stress are studied.3.Suggestions on temperature effect control during construction period are given.
