Safe and efficient shunting operation is of great significance to railway transportation.STP(Shunting Train Protection)can effectively solve the special machine safety protection in the yard,the fixed service station shunting operation in the middle,provide safe and effective protection for the shunting operation.In this system,to achieve precise positioning of train directly determines the system security protection function,and the positioning method used in the system is relatively simple,and the cost of equipment,maintenance costs are high,bring extra burden to the operation cost,how to reduce the operating cost of maintenance,to meet the train positioning accuracy at the same time,there are the important significance of the development of the monitoring system of wireless shunting locomotive.The rapid development of differential global positioning system DGPS(Difference Global Positioning System)provides an effective solution for precise positioning of train.In this research,the DGPS positioning technology is applied to the STP system,the design and implementation of the positioning function of the virtual balise and the train in the station field are carried out,and the deficiencies in the STP positioning system are optimized.This paper mainly completes the following three parts research work:Firstly,design and implement the virtual balise function.The virtual transponder is actually a set of vehicle equipment,through the positioning information processing software of DGPS,the balise real output and the transponder has the same function,the realization of the virtual transponder replace transponder function.The structure of virtual balise module is completed,and the function of virtual balise software and message sending is achieved by studying the acquisition method of virtual balise coordinate value.Then,design the vehicle alignment function.First,the design and implementation of locomotive running track acquisition method in locomotive train station is realized,Secondly,the algorithm is designed to change the train length in real-time,Finally,the accurate positioning of the whole train in the station yard and track section is provided to provide accurate data input for the target security protection of the STP system.Finally,complete the verification test of virtual transponder and train alignment function.To verify that the virtual transponder can completely replace the entity transponder and the vehicle alignment function at the scene,design test scheme of paper,build test environment,and the test station is selected to test the parameters of the train running track coordinate point and the transponder packet correctly sent to verify the performance of the virtual transponder and locomotive positioning.The application of DGPS in wireless shunting monitoring system is introduced,the realization of virtual balise and train positioning of the two functions,the optimization of wireless shunting monitoring system,improve the positioning accuracy and system stability of the whole system,at the same time,reduce operating costs,reduce the maintenance workload,the optimized STP system has stronger market competitiveness and broad prospects for development.
