In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s high-end delivery demand,the country attaches great importance to the development of high-speed rail express transportation and proposes to strengthen the construction of high-speed rail freight capacity.In order to realize the transportation service function of the freight multiple units,a special high-speed rail express transportation base is needed,which can be built in the EMU depot.Under the above-mentioned research background,in addition to the maintenance and storage of passenger multiple units,EMU depot also need to undertake the loading,unloading,maintenance and storage of freight multiple units,which puts forward new requirements for the shunting operation plan of EMU depot.By incorporating the freight multiple units into the shunting operation plan,on the one hand,it can ensure the freight multiple units to complete the maintenance and loading and unloading tasks according to the quality and quantity,ensure the safe and punctual operation of the freight multiple units,realize the coordination with the relevant operation contents of the passenger multiple units,and improve the work efficiency of the multiple units;On the other hand,due to the limited maintenance resources of China’s railway EMU depot,the integration of freight multiple units and passenger multiple units shunting operation plan is conducive to improving the utilization rate of maintenance capacity of EMU deopt.Based on the analysis of the content,time and process of freight multiple units shunting operation,as well as the characteristics of loading and unloading operation,track occupation and shunting route,the freight multiple units is included in the scope of shunting operation plan of EMU depot,and the shunting operation plan of passenger EMU is also analyzed.In order to reduce the number of tracks occupied by car washing line and maintenance line,and shorten the time of tracks occupied by car washing line and maintenance line,this paper establishes an integrated compilation model for the shunting operation plan of the freight multiple units and the passenger multiple units.Based on the job-shop scheduling theory,this paper designs a feasible solution generation algorithm for shunting operations in which the sequence of EMU operations in the EMU depot is not fixed,and optimizes the shunting operation with difference algorithm(DE).Finally,a simulation example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The results of the example show that the algorithm can reasonably realize the integrated coordination of freight multiple units and passenger multiple units shunting operation,reasonably arrange the first level maintenance operation of passenger multiple units and freight multiple units,reasonably arrange the loading and unloading operation time of freight multiple units,avoid route conflict in the process of multiple units shunting operation,and effectively use all kinds of tracks Resources,improve the efficiency of shunting operation of EMU depot under the condition of high-speed rail.
