Research On Capacity Computing And Strengthening For Hohhot South Railway Station

The station is the basis unit of railway transport production,and railway station capacity calculation is an important part of the station management,and also is an important basis for improve the efficiency of transport,marshalling plan table,train graphs,technical plan and traffic program.In this paper,by analyzing the relationship of the factors of affecting the capacity of the railway station,the reserve capacity of the railway station is determined.And from the actual situation of the production of the railway station,it can solve the tension of the marshalling station by studying the coordination of the equipment and the capacity of the railway station.Because of the capacity of Hohhot South railway station is limited,call into the vehicle flow continues to rise in the marshalling station,which restricts the development of economy and railway in Inner Mongolia area.Based on that,this article disposed the problem of the Hohhot South Marshalling station from the following aspects:(1)Based on the existing situation of Hohhot South Marshalling Station,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the throat passing capacity,carrying capacity at station and the resorting capacity of the station by investigating,collecting and processing the data.(2)Through the analysis of various factors that affect the existing capacity of Hohhot South Station,and combined with the rapid development of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia in the future,the paper expounds the necessity of extending and transforming Baotou West Station.(3)According to the Hohhot South Marshalling Station functions and features,combined with the practice,take several feasible measures to expanding and reconstructing in Hohhot marshalling Station.
