In recent years, the demand for railway transportation in mining areas has been improved continuously in our country. Some of the major lines have been expanding,but it is difficult to fully meet the coal transport needs because of China's lack of long-term investment in railway construction , coal transport channel are in a state of tension, mining railway technology station as a link between the coal mine resource production enterprises and the national rail transport of goods, its capacity is closely related to the entire coal transport channel, the capacity of technical station is an important part of the station all the time,the correct evaluation to analyze the status of the station capacity has the very vital significance, to improve the capacity of the entire railway, optimize the transport organization, make full use of equipment and improve the efficiency of mine transport management,so we must pay attention to the mine analysis of capacity of technology station and reconstruction.First,this paper analyzes the characteristics of mine railway in China, and classifies the railway technical stations in the mining area. Then studies the railway technical station in the mining area from the aspects of the transportation organization and technical operation of the station.Second, the paper analyzes the mine rail transport system and the particularity of the railway technical station in the mining area, the determination of the time of the combination of train operations taking up the arrival and departure track, and discusses the influencing factors of the railway station capacity in the mining area. According to some of the problems of traditional calculation method on the station capacity, the paper puts forward the suitable calculation method for mining areas railway technology station.For data acquisition and analysis, this paper depends on the monitoring of the computer interlocking system of the station and the method of semi-automatic data, and uses the SPSS software and related statistical principle to analyze the relevant original data.For the calculation of leisure coefficient, considering factors such as the station of the actual operation, based on the theory of gray system theory, the fuzzy judgment matrix is used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the decision-making scheme,so the method overcomes the ill of traditional calculation method by experience.Finally, the paper puts the actual mine railway technology station as an example,through the actual operation data, calculates and analyzes the corresponding capacity,some useful capacity optimization measures are put forward.
