With the deepening of power reform in China,the demand response incentive mechanism is an important link in which the role of the market mechanism needs to be played.The growth of multiple users' electricity consumption is significantly higher than that of other types of users,which is formed of industrial users,commercial users,residential users,and energy service provider,etc.In this context,how to propose the demand response incentive mechanism is an urgent problem to be solved.A good demand response incentive mechanism can be a price lever,a reasonable change in the user's electrical behavior;it also provides effective support to alleviate the rapid growth of power and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand.Based on the experience of domestic and overseas,this paper puts forward the response model of multiple users based on the TOU power price.The model is based on the typical users of multiple users,considering the response characteristics of different users,so as to realize the load form of users' response in convenient and accurate extraction.Secondly,based on the study of multiple users' response model,this paper analyzes the response characteristics of different users in existing demand response incentive mechanism;probes into the interaction effect mechanism between multiple users;establishes the users' response effect evaluation system framework,defines the evaluation index,and evaluates the response effect of the existing incentive.The evaluation system can feedback the user's response characteristics and it is of great significance to further study the incentive mechanism of users.Finally,in consideration of the actual situation,this paper proposes a low load time discount mechanism based response incentive mechanism of multi-agent game,which provides the a discount during the low load time in power system.In this model,the multi-principal game frame is established,and the method of determining incentive mechanism time is given,then the game model of multiple users incentive mechanism is proposed based on the black-box theory.The optimization model considers interests of both power companies and consumers,also takes into account the users' satisfaction and the actual plurality of users.Numerical results have proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
