As a high-level statically indeterminate complex structure,a low-tower cable-stayed bridge requires high attention in its construction process.Different construction methods,material properties,assembling process and installation force directly affect the safety of the cable-stayed bridge.This is an important issue that must be solved during the construction of various types of cable-stayed bridges with low towers,namely the construction control of the cable-stayed bridge with a low tower.Based on the construction of Heping Road across the railway cable-stayed bridge in Shijiazhuang City,this paper establishes a series of related constructions that affect the low tower cable-stayed bridge by establishing relevant FEM models and ensuring the safety,smoothness and perfection of the project construction.Control analysis.The details are as follows:(1)Firstly,the history of the development of the cable-stayed bridge with low towers is reviewed.The structural characteristics and development status of the cable-stayed bridges and the cable-stayed bridges with low towers are briefly analyzed.The relevant construction control theories are briefly summarized and discussed.(2)Taking the Heping Road cross-rail elevated cable-stayed bridge as the background,Midas Civil finite element analysis software was used to establish the bridge's full-bridge calculation model,and the ideal state of the bridge's completed bridge and the ideal state value of each construction stage were determined.It provided a substantial theoretical basis for the on-site construction of the cable-stayed bridge.(3)The key technologies for the control of rotating towers of cable-stayed bridges with low towers are analyzed in detail.Determine the feedback control method as the core of the construction control method,feedback control of linear,stress,internal forces,and then accurately and efficiently control the state of the various stages of the bridge construction,while in the dwarf tower cable-stayed bridge in the transfer stage,in order to ensure the transfer The body process progressed smoothly,and the tilted counterweight was determined as the core weighting scheme,and the clearance requirements during the transfer process were calculated.Finally,the calculation of the counterforce adjustment after the completion of the rotating body was analyzed and calculated,Guaranteed the requirements of the design requirements of the middle pier support and the side reaction requirements(4)This paper briefly analyzes several problems that affect the construction control of the cable-stayed bridge with low bridges during the construction process of the bridge.This includes,firstly,the analysis of the internal force of the middle pier and the independent loading of the middle pier support;secondly,consider the internal force analysis of the side span and the side span pressure;Analysis of Impact of Overhead Lifting Distance of Side Span on the Internal Force of Bridges,etc.The analysis results obtained by the three parties can provide some reference value for the construction control of the relevant types of dwarf tower cable-stayed bridges.
