Reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure is a structural system that integrates the advantages of frame structure and shear wall structure.Because of its good seismic performance and smart structural layout,it has been widely applied in various fields of construction engineering. With the use of frame shear wall structure is more and more, the process of steel corrosion and concrete carbonation durability also appears, many frame shear wall structure has lost the use of functions before reaching their service life. Some of the frame shear wall structures that are being used have also appeared to varying degrees of durability degradation. In addition,China is an earthquake prone country. Therefore, timely and effective analysis and evaluation of the seismic behavior of frame shear wall structure under corrosive condition has become a hot issue. As the whole structure is formed by the organic combination of various components, the corrosion of the structural members will inevitably affect the mechanical properties of the whole structure. This paper discusses the influence of corrosion on the mechanical properties and the influence on the seismic behavior of the whole structure, provide a reference for the seismic performance of corroded reinforced frame shear wall structure assessment and maintenance. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model of the structural members respectively. The static analysis of beams, columns and shear wall components without corrosion and corrosion rate of 5%,10% and 20% is carried out.The degradation of the bearing capacity of the components at different corrosion rates was analyzed and the degradation law was summarized.(2)The Pushover analysis of 14 storey frame shear wall structure under different lateral forces is carried out by MIDAS/GEN finite element analysis software with no rust and corrosion rate of 5%,10% and 20%.The degradation law of the maximum base shear and displacement of the structure under different corrosion rates is quantitatively studied;the shear capacity,inter-layer displacement angle, displacement and plastic hinge characteristics of the structure under 8 degree rare earthquakes with different corrosion rates are studied. The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis : With the increase of corrosion rate, the bearing capacity of beams, columns and shear wall components is decreasing.Under the condition of high corrosion rate, the brittleness of components increases, which is more likely to cause damage.Under the given earthquake action, the overall shear capacity and lateral stiffness of the corroded structure are decreasing, the interlayer displacement angle increases, the structural displacement increases, and the overall seismic performance declines significantly.
