In recent years,a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial change have brought major opportunities and challenges to the power industry,Chinese economic development has entered a new state,all these highlights the problem that traditional energy lack the developing motive,electric power enterprises anticipate to improve the product quality and efficiency through innovation.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward Innovation-driven development strategy,innovation becomes the first driving force of the development of the country.Under the call of the national innovation driven development strategy,Datang cooperation responsed positively,taken place from the fundamentals,bring in the PG9371FB gas turbine of GE company,built gas-steam combined cycle units.But the increasing of unit capacity made the higher request of automatic control,Automation Plant Start up and Shut down System is mperative,It is also a reflection that Datang cooperation implement the organizational innovation and technology innovation.This paper have been designed the APS for turbine and heat recovery boiler for the gas-steam combined cycle unit of Gaojing Thermal Power Plant,this paper focuses on the content of the two parts the research of the system,the research content mainly divided into three parts,the first part has carried on the introduction to our steam turbine and boiler,and then puts forward the design thinking of the APS.The second part accords to the production need to design the water supply system,closed system,boiler start up system and condensate water system of SGC and so on.The third part introduces the APS development environment,including the introduction,feature,software composition and software environment of the system.The results prove that through the design and use of the APS,the unit can run in three person under the monitoring of start-stop smoothly,it's reducing the artificial operation,enhancing the degree of automation,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
