In order to improve the level of automatic control in process of start and stop the unit,improve the safety and economy of unit operation,reduce operational personnel work intensity,Automatic Power plant start-up and shut-down control System what is a contro l technology to achieve the process of start and stop the unit automatically has been more and more attention,which has been widely used in application of large capacity unit.By analyzing development status and research trends,serving it as a platform which is EDPF-NT+ distributed control system,combining with analyzing the characteristics of combustion process and technological process,it is designed in this paper which is the combustion process of 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit automatic control system.In this paper,firstly,the design idea of the full process of Automatic Power plant start-up and shut-down control System is introduced.It is presented that the main framework of Automatic Power plant start-up and shut-down control System,which puts design of the monitor screen of the operation.And then the full process of combustion automatic control system has been designed, which puts design of logic structure.By analysing combustion system processand and equipment start-stop process, it has been designed the step sequence of the fuel system and the air and gas system,which has improved the automatic control scheme of the full process of combustion automatic control system and the interface design of the conventional control system.Finally, the debugging scheme of the full process of combustion automatic control system is designed in this paper,which has been applied to debugging.And the application effect is analyzed.Results show that in the practical application of combustion system can implement automatic control.The fuel quantity control is reasonable,and the heating rate and the inlet temperature of the steam water separator is stable. it improves the level of automatic control effectively after using the full process of combustion automatic control system.
