With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,many new energy system has been the development and utilization of energy development and utilization is closely related with the level of economic development.According to the current situation of energy development,with environmental problems,increasing concern of energy development,development of renewable energy power generation and wind power generation has become the focus of concern the global energy development,wind power generation is an important way to promote our country energy sustainable economic development,can effectively improve the environmental pollution in China,alleviate the energy depletion rate of electric power resources,optimize the structure of our in a large extent.Therefore,good wind power by Economic and technical evaluation,establish and improve the evaluation system to the maximum wind power to ensure economic benefits and social benefits,to achieve the perfect combination of the two.PressureThis paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research on wind power projects,and consults relevant information.It introduces the research situation of wind power resources at home and abroad in recent years,and the current development of wind power resources in China,as well as the technical and economic evaluation methods of wind power projects.Secondly,according to the actual characteristics of the wind power projects,mining factors affecting the comprehensive benefits of wind power project,and analyzes on the three aspects of environment,social and economic benefits,and establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system,fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy analysis method to build the corresponding model,to calculate the relevant indicators of the weight coefficient,after conversion to qualitative index quantitative index.Finally,using fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the full range of Datang Shandianhe wind power plant,a comprehensive evaluation of the results obtained,the results are modified according to their views and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve,and can make effective follow-up project development.In conclusion,this paper studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation of wind farm projects,which not only strengthens the understanding of wind power generation,but also improves the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of wind power projects.At the same time,the appropriate model is selected for evaluation,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward based on the analysis of the evaluation results,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the wind farm project,and has a certain reference value for improving the comprehensive benefits of wind power projects.
