Study On The Evaluation Of Comprehensive Benefit Of Wind Power Project In Xinjiang

The development of wind power industries have more and more important in our dairy society,.So far,our country wind power is in the world's first,it is not only pay attention to the environmental benefits and anomic benefits,but also have to pay high attention to its social benefits.it is necessary to how to measure the comprehensive benefits of the wind power project.Xinjiang has so much wind energy resources;wind power has become an important role of the economic development in society,public have more attention to its development and using.This paper takes the 50MW wind power project of Guangdong hydropower station as an example,establishing evaluation index system and using mathematical model to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the project scientifically and rationally.The combs the domestic and foreign relevant wind power project comprehensive benefit evaluation on the basis,introduces the Xinjiang wind energy resource distribution and the development and utilization of the status,and then from environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits set up the evaluation index system of wind power projects,choose the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate Guangdong hydropower wind farm 50MW wind power project comprehensive benefits.The results show that Xinjiang is rich in wind energy resources,the theory of storage capacity is 88621×10~4KW,the amount of technology can be developed for 12006×10~4KW,the potential technical exploitation amount is 1762×10~4KW,were ranked second in the country;wind power installed capacity and network capacity has increased,the installed capacity of wind power by 2000 rose to 23.56×10~8KW wave 1340.22×10~8KW in 2013,wind power capacity by 40.28×10~4KW in 2010 rose to 292.18×10~4KW in 2014;Xinjiang wind power cost is relatively low,lower than the national average;in recent years,Xinjiang wind power clean development mechanism(CDM)project development speed is faster.50MW wind power project of Guangdong hydropower project has excellent resources and environment benefits and good economic benefits,and the social benefits are more common.Overall,the comprehensive benefits of the project are better.But it is worth emphasizing that,.But it is worth emphasizing that,due to the limitation of the data and the limitation of the evaluation index system,the accuracy and the scientific nature of the evaluation results need to be further verified in practice.
