Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the scale of the power grid has expanded rapidly and the power market has been gradually established.At the same time,the internal contradictions in the power industry are becoming more and more prominent.Around the general idea of "three liberalisation,one independence and three strengthen",the new round of electric power reform has been carried out.To clean our energy supply and promote clean energy consumption,a large number of micro-grid will participate in power trading and distribution network operation,and it will become an important trend of China's electric power development in the next period of time.A series of policies and measures,such as separate calculation of transmission and distribution price reform,allowing social capital to set up electric selling companies and opening up incremental distribution business,will undoubtedly profoundly transform the operation mode and profit mode of microgrid.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyse the operation mode of microgrid and evaluate its comprehensive benefits.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of microgrid and foundation of the new electricity reform policy,this paper puts forward four kinds of microgrid operation mode,that is "all power injects into the power grid" and "own use,Surplus power injects into the power grid","power sales" and "regional distribution".Cost model and profit model of the whole life cycle of microgrid project is established for different operation modes,and a detailed analysis method for calculating the costs and benefits considering operating modes of microgrid is proposed,and the benefits of microgrid,power grid enterprise and users are also analysied.On the basis of calculating all the costs and benefits of the microgrid,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the comprehensive benefits under different operating modes.Finally,the cost and benefits of different operation modes are calculated under the example of industrial microgrid,and the comprehensive benefits are evaluated,and also provides a reference for the selection of microgrid operation mode.
