This research aimed at the problems of low data relevance,ignoring the influence of seasonal factors,strong subjectivity,and lack of effective early warning methods in the evaluation method of the operation status of transmission lines in the process of wind power transmission.The following research work was carried out: This paper proposes 5 transmission line status levels and 7 evaluation index selection principles,and determines the foundation,towers,ground conductors,insulators,fittings,grounding devices,auxiliary facilities,9 level I evaluation indicators and 29 level II evaluation indicators such as channel environment and meteorological environment;sensitive influence factors on key evaluation indicators such as grounding resistance,sag,and wire corrosion that take into account the timeliness of the data are analyzed,and the operation of the transmission line is determined State evaluation criteria;Based on the comprehensive evaluation index of the transmission line operating state that takes into account the timeliness of the data,a dynamic evaluation model of the transmission line operating state based on the inspection defect parameters is constructed;On this basis,combined with cloud model theory,a transmission line state early warning model based on inspection data and cloud model is proposed to realize reliable early warning of line status;The above research results were applied to a wind power transmission line in a certain area of Jilin Province.Practical application results show that the dynamic evaluation model of transmission line operation status based on inspection defect parameters and data timeliness status monitoring parameters proposed in this paper can evaluate the pros and cons of the line status,and the evaluation results are accurate and in line with the actual situation on site;Defect detection parameters and data timeliness status detection parameters and cloud model transmission line operation status early warning technology can judge the line status level,analyze defects and hidden dangers,and have a good early warning function;based on the line status level judgment result,combined with the line status The ranking of advantages and disadvantages can judge the priority of line maintenance under the same status level,and provide auxiliary decision-making suggestions for operation and maintenance personnel in a timely manner.The research results show that the transmission line status assessment and early warning method proposed in this paper has good engineering practicability.
