As a renewable clean energy, wind power is of more and more importance. Due to the randomness of nature wind, the output power of wind generator is of great volatility and uncertainty, as well as improves the control difficulty of wind generator; For being in severe environment, the operating costs and danger of wind farms increases greatly. According to knowledge of wind power and wind farm operating data, this paper studies on wind generator model, wind generator control and wind farm scheduling. The main contents include:Firstly, researches the constant speed constant frequency wind turbine models. Obtains valid data by filtering and pre-processing operating-data, establish a wind power generator with support vector machines based on the data, and presents a measure of wind speed to calculate the degree of volatility.On the basis of wind turbine model, combined with entropy comprehensive evaluation method, establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for wind power operating state. By AHP and entropy method, evaluation of wind turbine operating state is more accurate and timely, through which the adverse trends of operating status can be found in time and get prepared for faults. It is of great use to keep wind turbine running in good working condition.Due to the control strategy limit of constant speed constant frequency wind turbine, the paper researches VSCF wind turbine and establishes model, proposes and validates improved control strategy for power reference value fluctuations on the basis of the model above,conventional control strategies focus on quickness of response to load instruction, the improved control strategy can protect the unit from accidents when the unit fails.Finally, optimize the scheduling of a wind turbine group in a wind farm, to achieve the optimization goal of running in the best state. In case of meeting all the constraints, based on the comprehensive evaluation results of wind turbine running state, encouraging the normal wind turbine to run continuously, inhibiting fault wind turbine from running, by utilizing chaotic quantum particle swarm algorithm to achieve scheduling optimization of wind farm load distribution.The simulation results show that the optimal scheduling strategy can keep the wind turbine running in healthy state while meeting the output load conditions, with guidance on wind farm load distribution.
