On the current in the area of magnetic field and magnetic force measurement,People usually use the Gauss meter and other tools,this measurement method is not only that measuring one dimension value of magnetic field and magnetic force,but also only measuring the static single point variation law of magnetic field and magnetic force.It is unable really and comprehensively reflecting the distribution of test object's magnetic field and magnetic force,and the method is difficult to meet the demands of dynamic variation magnetic field and magnetic force measurement.In the practical application developments and research,scientific research workers all hope that they can real-time,more reliablely obtain three dimensional information of magnetic field and magnetic force,so as to improve work efficiency.Therefore,this paper is directed against above practical needs,and based on analysising measurement technique progresses of magnetic field and magnetic force at home and abroad.This paper is combined with the many advantages that LabVIEW is in the field of development of measurement and control system,according to specific requirements of the three dimensional magnetic field and magnetic force measurement,and uses modern measurement and control technology,multi sensing fusion technology,bus technology,motion control technology and so on,and designes three dimensional magnetic field and magnetic force measurement system based on LabVIEW technology.On the hardware,this paper gives the principle of three dimensional magnetic field and magnetic force measurement,and designes the data acquisition system and motion control system,and also gives the mechanical structure of three dimensional sensor,the interface circuit of sensor,the signal conditioning module,the three axis drivers,the three axis encoders and three axis motor modules,the system power managment and and interface circuit of the system and so on.The paper finally realizes synergetic work of data acquisition system and motion control system by the way of bus and interface circuit and PID feedback control method.On the software,this paper uses LabVIEW2012 software development environment,develops the functional modules program of data acquisition system and motion control system,and also designes the PCIe-6341 and SCXI-1125 driving program,hardware configuration,channel calibration program and the upper computer application program.It realizes real-time and synchronous operation work of data acquisition system and motion control system,and real-time storage of measurement data and graphing dynamic display of data.Finally,this paper applies the system to carry out the law experiment that shape and combination form of permanent magnet influences on superconducting magnetic levitation force characteristics,and the effect is satisfied.The system is of great application prospect for studying magnet's distribution law of magnetic field and characteristics of superconducting magnetic levitation force.
