With the continuous development of urbanization process in China,urban construction waste is also constantly emerging.If these construction waste is not further treated and recycled,it will produce a lot of pollution problems.Using construction waste to prepare recycled aggregate and make use of it in the construction of sponge city not only provides a new use of construction waste,reduces the economic and environmental costs brought by the cleaning,transportation and landfill of construction waste,but also promotes the construction of sponge city on the premise of saving natural resources.It has extremely important social,environmental and economic significance.Righteousness.In this paper,recycled aggregate made of construction waste is selected as aggregate in pervious concrete base material.On the basis of studying the theory of pervious pavement and sponge city,the important role of pervious concrete base in pervious pavement is analyzed.Through indoor test,the preparation process is determined and the mixture ratio is designed.Some main road performance indexes are selected for test measurement.Combining with the engineering background,the practical pavement structure combination and construction technology are put forward.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Evaluate the applicability of the preparation of mixtures by indoor test method.Considering the characteristics of permeable concrete base material and the test situation,it is considered that the preparation technology of mixing paste wrapped with stone,inserting and tamping with standard maintenance is suitable for the preparation of recycled aggregate permeable concrete base mixture.(2)Considering that there is no design index of recycled aggregate pervious concrete base in China at present,referring to relevant norms and research results at home and abroad,the specific requirements of raw material index and aggregate gradation are pointed out.Volume method is chosen as the basic method of mix design,void fraction,permeability coefficient and infinite compressive strength of 7 day immersion as the mix design.Main indicators,the optimum mix ratio was determined by indoor mixing test and strength test.(3)On the basis of the optimum mix ratio,water cement ratio is 0.5,cement dosage is230 kg/m~3and recycled aggregate is 1447.0 kg/m~3as the base mix ratio.Through single factor test and analysis method,the change rules of drainage performance,compressive strength and volume stability(dry shrinkage resistance)of mixtures under different void fraction,cement dosage and water cement ratio are investigated,which further verifies the base.The basic performance index of recycled aggregate pervious concrete base mixture under quasi-mix ratio can meet the routine pavement performance requirements.(4)Combining with the concrete engineering practice of road construction in sponge city test area of Huanghua New City,Cangzhou City,the basic combination form of permeable base pavement is determined.The construction technology and interlayer treatment technology of recycled aggregate permeable concrete base are discussed.Through field test,the road performance of recycled aggregate permeable concrete base is further verified.
