Voltage transformer is one of the essential electrical equipment,which used as Vehicle-mounted device and an important means for measuring the voltage's parameters in High-speed rail.With the rapid progress of science and technology,which makes the voltage transformer's manufacturing processes,materials and Electromagnet design of core has a significant technological innovation.With the rapid development of China's High-speed electrified railway,EMU runs faster and faster,the traction motor's power and voltage is also getting higher and higher,its adapting,This paper presents a design of Energy-saving voltage transformer for traction motor's voltage measurement in EMU.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle,basic structure,technical parameters and error sources of electromagnetic voltage transformer,a detailed analysis the sources of error for that,It can be achieved by optimizing the core of voltage transformer to reduce errors,which improves measurement accuracy;Secondly,for the voltage transformer shape of the core,materials of lightweight and energy efficiency optimization,and the basic parameters is calculated for the optimized voltage transformer;Finally,for Energy-saving voltage transformer parameters calculated using finite element software Ansoft Maxwell built a finite element model of Energy-voltage transformer,and simulated analysis of it's in three typical working conditions's modeling and analysis of electromagnetic.Simulation results show that:Models built correctly and rational optimization design calculation is correct,the analysis with the same capacity Rectangular-core voltage transformer compared,the magnetic leakage of core for Energy-optimized design of the voltage transformer used Step-Lap Laminated Technology was reduced about 100 times,reducing electromagnetic interference of wireless communication equipment for High-speed train;At the same time the magnetic field lines and magnetic density is well-distributed,without faults of cross the line,reducing the cross-sectional area of the core,the core of the total weight reduced by about 50%.And winding losses reduced by 12%,not only significantly save eletrical energy loss,but also to improve the voltage transformer's heat,achieve the purpose of the design.For the latter,it can provide products stereotypes of design and theoretical basis to voltage transformer of traction motor in High-speed rail.
