Research On The New Voltage Transformer Of Traction Motor In High-speed Train

Voltage transformer is an important device of measuring the voltage’s parameters and relay. With the technology development, the voltage transformer’s production process, materials and construction has made great progress, but a kind of transformers based on a different principle of sensing are manufactured and applied in practical production and life. The rapid development of China’s high-speed train led the development of each corresponding vehicle devices, the voltage transformer used to measure the voltage parameters of traction motor voltage also needs further development. Stage of practical application of electromagnetic voltage transformer although measurements meet the requirements, but its large size, the presence of core saturation, low degree of integration, these shortcomings prompted the research and application of new voltage transformer.This paper presents an voltage transformer which based on the principles of the new resistor divider, using pure resistor divider connected in series, will be transformed a high-voltage into secondary low voltage signals. Changed divider ratio by adjusting the resistor, adjust the secondary voltage of the output size. Due to the excellent properties of pure resistance, it doesn’t have capacitive or inductive impedance, do not worn ideally outside interference, particularly when the frequency changes in the first voltage,seeondary voltage frequency will not occur interference in phase and amplitude. Overall a simple structure, a plurality of divider package together, especially when measure the traction motor phase voltage parameters,integrated transformer smaller, easy to install. Resistor divider transformer secondary voltage signal after signal processing and acquisition module handle can be easily connected with the car computer control system to meet the requirements of the development of intelligent high-speed train. In this paper, the resistor divider transformer voltage divider principle and error causes are analyzed in detail, proposed measures can be taken to reduce errors,pointed out the advantages of the resistor divider transformer.While the secondary voltage signal filtering, by ramping voltage to fluctuate within0～5V,SCM control system for post-processing voltage and frequency acquisition analog to digital conversion, and finally connect the computer to communicate with the vehicle; and simulation software processing circuit simulation analysis.
