In order to relieve the pressure of urban commuter flow,the urban investment in rail transit construction is gradually increasing,while the efficiency of rail transit is also widely concerned.Therefore,the establishment of effective efficiency evaluation system of urban rail transit can reflect the efficiency output and deficiency of urban rail transit more accurately,and provide important information for the operation planning and reconstruction of rail transit lines.First of all,the passenger flow data obtained by UTPS(Urban rail Network Management and Passenger Flow Simulation System)are statistically analyzed.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the static characteristics of complex road network and the passenger flow characteristics,an urban rail transit efficiency evaluation system is proposed to be established from the perspective of passenger transport quality and quantity.Secondly,through comparative analysis,the random parameter Logit model is selected as the ideal model to realize value transformation.After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed,the collected data were processed and discrete regression was carried out.To travelers such as age,income and commuting time is set to the fixed parameters,the crowded degree and the process time is set to random parameters,using STATA software establish Logit model with stochastic parameters,the passengers in the station,waiting,the car,transfer,the outbound five subway ride in the utility function in the process of coefficient,through the utility function of the coefficient of value transformation,Turn the crowding that travelers experience into time.The sum of the physical time and psychological cost generated by the passenger travel is taken as the travel cost value,and the ratio of the extra cost to the original travel time is used to make comfort efficiency.Then,summarizes the current efficiency evaluation index system of urban rail transit and the method of the defect,considering from two aspects of static and dynamic,rail line efficiency evaluation index system,the passenger comfort into the index system,establish the formula of index data,and by removing the weak target and index optimization alternative indicators.Finally,by comparing various weighting methods,it is determined to adopt the combined weighting method of the maximum differential to assign weight to the efficiency evaluation system of urban rail transit.The maximum differentiation of the evaluation results was determined as the objective function,and the subjective and objective weighted results were determined as the constraint conditions.The weight value of the index system was calculated by the programming solution of Excel,and the sample lines were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.
