Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Reservior Immigrant Satisfaction

With the development and construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China,the number of reservoir immigrants is constantly increasing,and immigration issues have become an important content that cannot be ignored in the development process of water conservancy.The issue of reservoir resettlement is a long-standing social and livelihood issue that will not disappear due to the completion of engineering construction.If not detected and resolved in a timely manner,it will continue to accumulate among the immigrant population until it erupts,posing significant hidden dangers to the harmony and stability of society in the resettlement area.Immigration is the main body of resettlement work.To achieve good results in resettlement work,it is necessary to fully understand the psychological expectations and satisfaction level of immigrants towards the resettlement situation.Therefore,investigating the satisfaction of immigrants with various resettlement work contents,constructing a reasonable evaluation index system,and deeply analyzing the true needs of immigrants are crucial for improving the level of resettlement work and promoting sustainable development of immigrants.This article first systematically elaborates on the concept,characteristics,and psychological characteristics of reservoir immigrants by consulting literature and combining domestic and foreign research results,and introduces the concept of satisfaction with reservoir immigrants;Secondly,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory was elaborated,and its theoretical content was combined with the content and characteristics of reservoir resettlement work.With living conditions,production conditions,social adaptation,rights protection,and sustainable development as the core,24 evaluation indicators were selected to establish an evaluation index system.The subjective weight of evaluation indicators is determined by the method of order relationship analysis,the objective weight is determined by the entropy weight method,and the combination weight is obtained by the combination weighting method based on maximizing deviation.An improved matter element extension model is established for comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation level of immigrant satisfaction is determined by the size of asymmetric proximity.At the same time,this article selects the QP reservoir project for example analysis,and the obtained model evaluation results can accurately reflect the satisfaction of immigrants,verifying the applicability and rationality of the model.Then,the IPA analysis method is introduced to analyze the importance and performance of various evaluation indicators,and the QP reservoir data is used as an example to describe the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation indicator.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation results and IPA analysis,in response to the shortcomings of reservoir resettlement work,it is proposed to comprehensively promote the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities;Reasonably allocate resources and implement production recovery measures through multiple channels;Build an exchange platform to assist immigrants in integrating into the new environment;Strengthen public participation and protect the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants;Adjusting the industrial structure of resettlement areas and achieving sustainable development of immigrants can enhance the satisfaction of reservoir immigrants in five aspects.
