| The natural environment is being constantly destroyed today,and that is happened during the library modernization of city.Under the double action of artificial factors and natural elements,unceasing various urban disasters making a significant impact on the urban construction and people’ s life,especially In areas where the construction of urban disaster prevention system is imperfection.Therefore,it is an important aspect of urban construction to make preparations in advance and reduce disaster losses.And the planning site selection and construction of disaster-avoidance green space should be the top priority of urban security construction.Abstract:Through comparing and analyzing the advantages,disadvantages and the scope of application of the four common site selection methods,this paper takes Harbin as the research object,finally adopting the method of multi-criterion facility location and combining with GIS analysis to study the site selection for disaster prevention green space in Harbin.According to planning indicators for disaster prevention green space,65 disaster prevention green space within the scope of the study were selected.And,using the GIS technology combined with field investigation to obtain the distribution location,area,the service radius of green space,and from the safety,efficacy and accessibility in the face of Harbin evaluate the status quo of the green space to avoid disaster,draw uneven find Harbin around green space layout,the greenbelt area per capita can be used to avoid disaster,center around green space facilities not perfect.In response to these problems,first the paper analyzes the natural economic conditions in Harbin and the types of existing urban disasters,and uses multi-criterion and GIS site selection methods to analyze environment,population density,traffic accessibility,other evacuation sites and other facilities in the surrounding area.It obtains a suitable scope map for each proper disaster prevention green space,and then combines with the weights assigned by the experts,the suitability evaluation map suitable for the construction of disaster prevention green space was finally superimposed and analyzed.Through on-site investigations of 11 selected land parcels,it is sure to build the center of disaster prevention green space near Nanjing Road,Longxiang Road and Wanggang Street;In the areas to be developed such as Pingfang District,Songbei District,Qunli New District,Hulan District and Nangang District,fixed disaster prevention green space can be built.And We will build emergency disaster prevention green space in the densely populated urban areas like Laodaowai old streets,Liushun Street in Xiangfang District,and Ankang Street in Daoli District.In the face of the current three major problems in Harbin’s disaster prevention green space,this paper adopts a more scientific approach to select disaster prevention green space,which can alleviate these problems to some extent,provide guiding suggestions for the location selection of disasters prevention green space of Harbin in the future,and improve the construction of disasters prevention green space system in urban area. |
