Research On Planning Of Disaster Prevention And Avoidance Green Space System In Dangtu Based On Distribution Of Disaster Prevention

Earthquake,flood,meteorological disaster,fire,geological disaster and other disasters have become the focus of every country and city in recent years because of their sudden and unpredictable nature,which seriously threaten the safety of the city.The pace of urbanization in China is faster and faster,the density of population and buildings is higher and higher,the urban land is more and more tense,and there are more security risks in cities.Under this condition,how to solve the problem of disaster victims’ resettlement within the limited urban land becomes an urgent problem.Based on the domestic and foreign research experience of planning and construction of the disaster prevention and avoidance green space system,combined with the core idea and planning method of the disaster prevention and avoidance green space system planning under the guidance of the disaster prevention zoning idea,and taking the disaster prevention and avoidance green space system planning of Dangtu County in Anhui Province as an example,this paper illustrates the application of specific methods and core ideas.Focus on the following research work:(1)Based on the understanding and research of the basic concepts of urban disaster prevention and avoidance green space system planning,this paper summarizes the current domestic and foreign research on the planning and layout system,classification standards and planning indicators of disaster prevention and avoidance green space system.(2)This paper sums up the basic theory of the idea of "disaster prevention zoning",puts forward the idea of combining it with the planning of disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space system,and further discusses the methods of the planning of urban disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space system.(3)Guided by the problems,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the division of disaster prevention zones in detail,puts forward the method of division of disaster prevention zones,determines the basic process and method of urban disaster prevention and avoidance green space system planning based on the idea of disaster prevention zones,and probes into the construction of urban disaster prevention and avoidance green space system planning and layout system of "hierarchical evacuation,zone coverage and smooth network".(4)Taking the green space system planning of Dangtu County in Anhui Province as an example,the research theory and method are applied to the project planning process.According to the above ideas and methods,the disaster prevention zoning of Dangtu County is reasonably defined,and the case design of urban disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space planning is practically carried out,including the layout and structure planning of urban disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space,the planning of all kinds of disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space and the selection of tree species for disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space planning,so as to give full play to the functions and functions of urban green space in response to and prevention of urban disasters.
