Due to the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving of electric vehicles,in recent years,the electric vehicle industry has been receiving more and more support from the state and widespread public concern.Follow-up of electric vehicle facilities is an indispensable force in marketing.One of the most important aspects is the location of charging stations.Based on the conditions of urban road network and vehicle information,the paper sets up the model of cost model and customer satisfaction based on service radius and value engineering respectively,and introduces the location selection of EV charging station in the central area of Wenzhou as an example.Improved heuristic algorithm to solve.The dissertation mainly studied the following aspects:First,the analysis of the impact of electric vehicle charging station layout of the factors.From the perspective of the operator,land acquisition costs,construction costs and operating costs are mainly considered;the demand,economic factors and traffic environment are mainly considered from the user's point of view;and the impact of charging stations on the distribution network and reliability limits are increased from a technical point of view.Second,it establishes a multi-objective optimization model that minimizes operator investment costs and maximizes customer satisfaction.The restrictive conditions of charging station service radius and surrounding traffic are proposed,and the constraint of increasing the service capacity of charging station is proposed.Third,instance calculation.First of all,combined with Wenzhou downtown area population,area and many other information,analysis of the distribution needs of electric vehicles.Second,starting from the actual status of the road,collecting demand area to alternative charging site data.Finally,using genetic simulated annealing algorithm to solve,determine the central area of Wenzhou City,the optimal solution charging station site selection.Fourth,expand the site plan.By adjusting the structure of the model,the operation capability of charging stations that need to be improved in the future may be analyzed in the future.Finally,the operating mode of the charging station to be proposed.The thesis not only considered from the perspective of construction cost,but increased from the user's point of view to consider the function of the charging station,and taking into account the traffic congestion mode,from the network map to collect real-time data from the demand area to the alternative charging site.But due to the limited ability,charging station in the layout of the site failed to consider the charging station footprint size constraints,the flow of a large number of charged vehicles Impact on traffic congestion and other problem.In the future we can start the discussion again.
