| In recent years,with the rapid development of the automobile industry,the importance of logistics activities in the production and operation activities of enterprises has become more and more obvious.However,the sluggish sales of automobiles have been increasingly prominent,and the cost of logistics has been increasing year by year.Among them,the admission of automotive components logistics system as a vehicle production and supply chain operations continue to optimize the key link,the traditional part of the admission logistics model has been unable to meet the growing needs of the automotive industry,combined with automotive parts logistics and features,The introduction of advanced parts into the factory logistics model,can improve logistics efficiency,reduce logistics costs and better meet the needs of automobile manufacturing.Based on the actual situation of automobile manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,this paper introduces the soft time window constraints,the time penalty coefficient and the inventory constraints,and puts forward the admissions of auto parts based on the third-party logistics company with distribution center Logistics and recycling picking mode,and discusses the auto parts into the factory logistics circulation pick-up model construction and optimization methods,and finally the introduction of a car manufacturer in Zhejiang Province case analysis.This article mainly studies from the following aspects:First of all,this article starts with the related concepts of admission and recycling of auto parts,and reviews the development of logistics in the domestic and international automobile production sectors.It reviews a large number of related documents and reviews the correlation of auto parts import logistics Concept and theory.Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of our country’s traditional auto parts admission logistics,this paper puts forward the admission logistics mode of auto parts based on the third-party logistics company with distribution center,and analyzes the advantage and corresponding implementation condition of the model.The automotive industry to auto parts into the logistics and improvement to provide entry point.Secondly,according to the previous research foundation,combined with the actual situation of the auto parts into the factory logistics,analysis of the impact of soft time window,time penalty,inventory constraints and other factors,construct a loop picking path optimization model,and basic ant colony Based on the algorithm,this paper combines the advantages of tabu search algorithm,designs an improved algorithm for solving the problem,and uses Matlab software to simulate the experiment.The results show that the algorithm is effective and feasible.Finally,based on the research results,this paper selects the third-party logistics company to design the logistics service,reconstructs the logistics into the factory,builds the cycle picking model and carries on the route optimization,and improves the algorithm with an improved algorithm Application verification,and achieved good results. |
