In recent years,milk-run mode has received more and more attention from large enterprises because of its huge economic benefits.In our country,it belongs to a new mode of auto parts supply logistics.Despite the fast development of logistics industry in China,some parts manufacturing enterprises applied the milk-run mode to supply chain,but the development and management of the mode in parts manufacturing enterprises is still not mature enough.The logistics of auto parts manufacturing enterprises is one of the most complicated and difficult areas in the field of logistics in all of the enterprises in our country.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of auto parts logistics and shorten the operation of the entire supply chain cycle is the key problem to reduce the total logistics cost and increase economic benefits.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the logistics operation cost and improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background and discusses the basic situation of the development of milk-run in auto parts enterprises in China at the present stage,and analyzes some related theories of milk-run.Secondly,it analyzes the current milk-run problem in depth in auto parts enterprises,finding that the current main problem is loading goods' vehicle path without reasonable planning.Combining with the path optimization problem,do the practical research.Finally,a numerical test of the model's rationality is carried out with U auto parts manufacturing enterprise as an example,aiming at providing a certain reference for the auto parts enterprises in China under the milk-run mode.The result shows that it can fundamentally solve the problem of picking up in high frequency and path confusion through rational planning of the milk-run route.This makes the U enterprise do scientific planning on the arrangement of goods into the factory.At the same time,the optimized milk-run route enhance the U enterprise's loading rate,and reduce not only the transportation cost and inventory cost,but also reduce the suppliers' cost of capital,improve the efficiency of the overall supply,improve the economic benefits of the whole supply chain.Through the U enterprises' milk-run optimization plan,it can provide some reference and inspiration for other manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of goods distribution,transportation and other programs,also provide new ideas for other enterprises to optimize logistics.
