With the improve constantly of society and the rapid development market economy,more and more enterprises began to customize,design and manufacture of the products for different users,this requires integration into intelligent design technology.In the product's intelligent design process,need to reduce user fatigue and the accuracy of product performance prediction and other issues.The study of this paper mainly studies the integrated product model,and study the product design plan evaluation and product performance prediction technology in the intelligent design,finally,construct a mechanical and electrical product configuration design evaluation system.The concrete content includes:First,elaborate the connotation of integrated product model,And analyze the structural features and working principle of the hydraulic jack.Proposing hydraulic jacks integrated product configuration model and its performance prediction model,analyzing the key technologies involved.Second,through research and analysis of traditional interactive genetic algorithm,improving the algorithm aim at the existing problems(easy to cause the user fatigue).And apply it to the hydraulic jack integrated product configuration model,reduce the problem of user fatigue in the process of evaluating the configuration design.Third,study and analyze the structure of the traditional BP neural network and its learning rules,improving some of the existing defects(such as low learning efficiency,slow convergence,inaccurate prediction results).And apply it to the hydraulic jack integrated product performance prediction model to educe the error caused by the forecast result.Finally,base on the research of key technologies,establish a hydraulic jack configuration design system,achieving the design options,user rating and product performance prediction.
