Because of the advantages of clear way of force,simple structure and low maintenance cost,reinforced concrete simply supported beam bridges are widely used in highways at all levels.The bridge deck pavement is mainly rigid pavement of cement concrete.In addition to dispersing wheel load,cement concrete bridge deck pavement can also eliminate the direct effect of rain on the main beam.The stress state is complex.Under the condition that the vehicle load continues to increase,various pavement layer diseases will inevitably occur.This paper takes cement concrete bridge pavement as the main research object.Firstly,the common diseases of cement concrete deck pavement were sorted out,and the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of the concrete strength of the pavement layer,the thickness of the pavement layer and the adhesion between the layers.Secondly,the full-bridge model of simple-supported hollow slab bridge and T-beam bridge was established by finite element software.Based on the mechanical properties of cement concrete bridge deck pavements,the influences of parameters such as bridge span,main beam structure type,pavement layer strength,pavement thickness,and interlayer contact conditions on the stress state of the pavement layer structure were analyzed.Then,the interlaminar shear resistance test was conducted on the cement concrete bridge deck pavement.The effect of vertical force,pavement layer strength,pavement thickness,and interface treatment on the interlaminar shear resistance was studied experimentally.The correlation and significance of the factors and levels of each experiment were investigated using SPSS software.analysis.Finally,based on the reliability of the verification test and the reasonableness of the model,the friction coefficient corresponding to the common treatment method of the interface between the layers in the test results is brought into the model.Based on the test data,the thickness of the pavement layer is again analyzed and the rule is found out.,And put forward the most reasonable thickness of pavement layer.To deal with various kinds of diseases on bridge decks,to study their stress characteristics and influencing factors,and to take effective measures to slow down or eliminate the pavement layer diseases and increase their service life,which is of great significance to the design and construction of simply-supported bridges.
