Due to the working environment, load and other reasons, the stress state of bridge deck pavement is very complex. And in the design of the existing bridge structure,it's only considered as ancillary structure of the bridge, not specifically for its targeted mechanical analysis. In the existing norms,it only gives some guidance not giving clear designing parameters and construction technology, and also lacks theory and regulations of its characteristics. In recent years, the destruction of the deck pavement has become more frequent, and water damage is one of the main reasons,so many bridges are laid waterproof layer. One of the main functions of the waterproof adhesive layer is to prevent water erosion, suppress water damage and prolong the service life of the deck pavement. In addition, waterproof adhesive layer can also strengthen the bridge deck and asphalt pavement bonding effect and improve connection between the bridge deck and pavement,so that they are more closely linked to reduce the various diseases caused by the failure of interlayer adhesive, and to extend the service life of the deck pavement.First of all, this paper summarizes the main research achievements of cement concrete bridge deck pavement at home and abroad, the main problems existed in the waterproof concrete layer of cement concrete bridge and the classification of waterproof adhesive layer material, the common problems and the reasons of concrete bridge deck pavement, and the relationship between the pavement layer and the adhesive layer are analyzed. The ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the bridge model. The effects of the thickness, modulus, asphalt concrete thickness, transverse grade, longitudinal slope and overloading on the stress distribution of asphalt concrete pavement under static load are studied one by one. Finally, through the transient analysis of dynamics, the influence laws of the traveling speed on the mechanical behavior of bridge deck paving when the moving constant load is considered and the random dynamic loads are considered when the roughness is studied, and compare static and dynamic calculation results. The results show that:(1)The change of material properties of waterproof layer has a certain influence on the force of bridge deck pavement structure. The existence of waterproof layer has little effect on the vertical maximum displacement of bridge deck pavement structure, but the influence of stress distribution is significant.(2)Under the action of vehicle loads, the vertical maximum displacement and interlayer stress of the pavement layer decrease with the increase of the thickness of the asphalt layer, the increase of the transverse grade and the reduction of the longitudinal slope.(3)When moving a constant load, the lower travel speed is adverse to the deck pavement structure.Considering the random dynamic loading effect of bridge deck roughness, the stress response of pavement layer decreases first and then increases with the increase of vehicle speed.(4)When only considering the static load effect and the moving constant load without considering the roughness, the vertical maximum displacement of pavement layer calculation result is too small. The maximum vertical displacement, tensile stress, and shear stress under random dynamic load considering deck roughness are 1.17,1.40,and 1.42 times.as much as when considering only the static load respectively.(5)The roughness of bridge deck has a great influence on the pavement layer structure. The worse the flatness, the more obvious the impact on the pavement layer is.When the bridge deck is seriously rough, the vertical maximum displacement and stress impact factor are 1.9 and 2.3,respectively.
