Existing large mechanical equipment such as belt conveyor drive mode mainly for asynchronous motor used with hydraulic coupling and reducer,however,this type of transmission will result in a very large mechanical loss.In recent years,rare earth permanent magnet made great progress,cheap and excellent performance quickly achieved the trust of manufacturers,High efficiency makes the PMSM replace the traditional electro-magnetic motor.PMSM can be made multipolar,PMSM direct-drive replace the traditional asynchronous motor and reducer,hydraulic coupler used by more and more attention.this article use direct drive tape conveyer can achieve the goal of high efficiency and energy saving.First introduced the meaning of tape conveyor direct drive,expounds the existing driving mode and development trend.Mathematical modeling of the existing driving methods,then introduction permanent magnet material in detail and select the appropriate permanent magnet.Using a new stator winding sort structure,continuous winding,no stacking,not only convenient winding,and the end of the winding is shorter,can significantly reduce the amount of copper and copper consumption,high efficiency The This way the winding is very easy to make more poles,due to the larger number of poles,the lower the speed,the motor output torque is also larger.And then the low speed high torque PMSM main dimensions and electromagnetic load selected,,the other size and magnetic circuit parameters calculation and optimization in detail,through the module of motor electromagnetic parameters are calculated in detail,draw motor steady state parameters,no-load magnetic circuit and motor full load data,etc.PMSM using Maxwell 2D modeling,load,boundary condition,the grid subdivision and solve the post-processing.On the basis of the motor are analyzed in the air gap flux density and harmonic analysis,finally,the motor light load and full load condition has carried on the finite element analysis of magnetic field.To determine the motor magnetic field distribution is more reasonable,can meet the design requirements.Puts forward the fuzzy adaptive PID control for permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system simulation,is verified by simulation show that the closed loop fuzzy adaptive vector control of the PMSM can make the performance of the whole speed control system more excellent.
