Overload situations in order to solve the mine belt conveyor starting difficulties,unable to adjust and control the belt speed,low transmission efficiency and high maintenance cost,this paper designs a large power and high torque of direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion machine is put forward to control switch,permanent magnet synchronous motor inverter,integrated in the small explosion-proof casing structure scheme,and the all-in-one water cooling structure design,make the all-in-one with good heat dissipation structure,ensure the normal operation of the machine.This design realizes the motor direct drive equipment,realizes the heavy load soft start,the energy conservation reduces the consumption,simultaneously in the frequency conversion system considers the power component loss situation,has carried on the optimization to the circuit,causes it to be able to adapt to the mine complex condition.The main control system USES direct torque control which has high control precision.In addition,electromagnetic analysis is carried out in the design,and ANSYS finite element analysis and simulation are used to verify its feasibility.Practice has proved that the all-in-one machine has the characteristics of high efficiency,good stability and low maintenance cost.
