| In recent years, with the development of society, people of all walks of life have higher and higher requirement to mechanical startup performance, especially coalmine machinery, which always has large inertia load during its startup, this could lead to large starting current and may impact to the power grid then destroy the electrical machine. So, people pay more and more attention to the study of "soft start" that is even the operating mechanism is full-loaded, it can also overcome the system inertia to realize smooth and steady, safety startup, increase the mechanical efficiency and meet the using demand of people. Soft start can not only realize the good match between the prime mover and the working machine, but also reduce the starting current and buffer gear vibration. Under this circumstances, the study and design to the friction coupling has profound theoretical guiding significance and broad application prospects."Startup process analysis and characteristic research of friction coupling" is a new topic. On the base of traditional friction coupling, adding the oil-gas spring, then complete a new type integrated design of friction coupling. This paper firstly expound the operating principle of hydraulic-mechanical coupling friction coupling, reasonably analyze the structure of friction coupling, design and calculate its structure size of main transmission parts, build 3D models of input shaft of hydraulic-mechanical coupling friction coupling, oil-gas spring and entirety friction coupling by Pro/E software. After the whole design of friction coupling, build the dynamical model of hydraulic-mechanical coupling friction coupling, list the dynamic differential equation of its soft start process and solve then get the soft start process of friction coupling. At last use the Simulink module of Matlab software to do the simulated analysis to the main part---oil-gas spring of friction coupling, study its stiffness characteristic and damping force characteristic, then get the influence that oil-gas spring to its speciality by changing parameter, so that observe and amend the soft start characteristic of friction coupling, build friction coupling AMESim models of ordinary mechanical spring and oil-gas spring, compare the simulation analysis then get the influence of stability by oil-gas spring to the friction coupling in its soft start process. |
