| Ground-source heat pump technology mainly uses the soil source as a cold and heat source for energy exchange.Its outstanding advantages such as high efficiency,energy saving,and environmental protection have attracted widespread attention and gotten rapid development in China.With the continuous development of intelligent buildings,ground-source heat pump systems are increasingly becoming intelligently controlled.Energy-saving intelligent control has also become a hot spot for researching ground source heat pump systems.At present,the intelligence of ground source heat pump control system is not enough,and the effect of energy saving is not obvious.Therefore,developing a control system for energy saving EICS(EnergySaving Intelligent System Solution,hereinafter referred to as EICS)is of great significance for improving the operating efficiency of ground source heat pump system and reducing energy consumption.This thesis based on the ground-source heat pump system of 4GWH new energy automobile power battery assembly project of Hefei,Anhui Province,designs the ground source heat pump room and studies the energy-saving intelligent control system EICS.Firstly,on the basis of fully understanding the working principle of ground source heat pump,analyze the demand of EICS based on the background project.Adopt the construction of FCS system based on the field bus of the EEC/ECU,and complete the design of the EICS overall framework.Secondly,with reference to the relevant design standards,the key equipment in the ground source heat pump system is selected,and the design of the ground source heat pump room is completed using BIM technology.With regard to the layout of key equipment and pipeline space,the spatial interference between the inlet and outlet pipelines is examined,which laid the foundation for industrial prefabrication of ground-source heat pump equipment.Then,based on the geothermal pump energy-saving intelligent control,the system group control energy-saving control strategy for the dual-unit loading and unloading and the cooling tower-assisted ground-source heat pump energy-saving control strategy optimized according to the four states are proposed for the background project,and the corresponding control is compiled.The process lays the theoretical foundation for the independent development of ground source heat pump EICS software.Finally,Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 software is selected as the development platform,and the ground source heat pump EICS software is developed using C# language.The software has a variety of functions such as system monitoring,status monitoring,operating data,user management,comprehensive evaluation,fault alarm,parameter setting,and help description.The development of this software has achieved the goal of energy saving and intelligent control,and provided a new solution for ground source heat pump EICS design and control. |
